Keith is an accomplished Corporate Development and Finance executive with extensive company leadership experience.

About Keith Lindsey
Most recently, Keith served as the President and CEO of Salm Partners, a former portfolio company of e2p, which was acquired by Johnsonville in 2023. In this role, he led the company in fulfilling its mission to provide a pathway for growth for its partners—team members, customers, suppliers, and the community. Keith joined Salm as CFO in 2011 and became President in 2015, driving the company’s transformation through customer-centric, high-performing teams, operational excellence, and strategic innovation. Before Salm, he was Director of Quantitative and ETF Trading Technologies at UBS, developing proprietary trading algorithms and client facilitation strategies. Keith also held key roles in Credit & Market Risk, Operational Risk, and Finance. He graduated cum laude from Duke University, earning a double major in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
