4.3 The Web-site provides Buyers with a convenient and flexible interface for browsing suitable offers and further purchasing goods and services. 5. E2P Coin Balance. Parties' Obligations. Transactions between Parties.

5.1 General statements: All payments on the Web-site are conducted via the virtual balance on the E2P Coin Balance.

To purchase goods or services, a User should have enough funds in their virtual E2P Coin Balance to pay the price for the item set by the Seller.

A User can transfer funds to your E2P Coin Balance in your profile. You will also be offered to transfer the sum equal to the price of the item on the catalog being purchased by any of the means available on the website.

The Web-site is responsible only or the funds in your E2P Coin Balance and is a guarantor only in cases covered by this Agreement and those employing E2P Coin Balance. Making payments any other way outside the E2P service is forbidden. An attempt may entail blocking the account.

By transferring funds, the User recognizes and confirms that they are not buying a specific item or a service but are transferring funds onto the balance of the E2P Coin Balance which is going to be used to pay for the goods or services being purchased.

The Web-site is a guarantor in any deals made with the use of E2P Coin Balance. The Guarantor services are provided from the moment the funds are transferred to the User's virtual balance up until they are further transferred to the other Party as a payment for a certain item or service. A User has the right to request the funds to be transferred back to their account within 48 hours after the completion of a deal, in case they were not satisfied with the quality of the service they had been provided or in case they've confirmed the completion of the order by mistake.

In case 5.1 of the current Agreement or any of its sub-issues are violated, E2P reserves the right to cancel the Agreement with the User and deny returning funds placed on E2P Coin Balance partially or completely.

5.2 After paying the services, the Buyer has the right to believe the Seller starts processing the order in the time discussed in advance and finishes it no later than the claimed time.In case the Seller starts processing the order later than discussed or exceeds the guaranteed deadline, the Buyer has the right to address a complaint to E2P arbitration. If the Seller is proven guilty, the Buyer is entitled to a partial or complete refund to their E2P Coin Balance. If the refund is partial, the size of the payment depends on the percentage of the job already done.

5.3 The Seller, when accepting an order, guarantees to start processing it in the time discussed in advance and to finish it within the discussed period. In case of an emergency, the Seller must notify the Buyer of not being able to deliver the service in advance (at least 5 hours before the discussed starting time), explain the situation and offer a compromise.

If the Seller refuses to deliver the order, measures and sanctions will be introduced against them, starting from rating reduction up to withdrawing money from their personal account. If multiple violations of this rule take place, the E2P Administration is entitled to toughen the punishment, up to blocking the E2P account.

In case the Seller notifies the Buyer of their refusing to start the work right before the discussed time, a sum of money might be withdrawn from their account - up to 15% of the order cost - as a fine. If there is not enough money in the E2P Coin Balance, the balance turns negative, and the funds are automatically withdrawn after the next transfer.

5.4 After paying for goods or services, the Buyer is obliged to follow the rules of the current Agreement and the arrangements made with the Seller. The Buyer always has the right to refuse the service ordered (at least 5 hours prior to the discussed starting time) and get the funds spent returned to their E2P Coin Balance.

In case the Buyer refuses the service or refuses to accept the item right before the discussed starting time, the Seller is entitled to addressing E2P arbitration to receive compensation.

5.5 Any financial operations employed in purchasing goods and services are conducted and controlled by the E2P Coin Balance system. By paying the Buyer confirms their complete and unconditional agreement to receive goods and services through the means discussed during deal negotiation.

Up to the moment when the deal is over, the Buyer's funds are under the protection of E2P Coin Balance and are finally transferred over to the Seller after the deal is complete and both Parties confirm all conditions were met.

After the item is received, provided all conditions are met, each Party guarantees confirming that the conditions were met and tagging the order as complete.

Once the order is confirmed complete, further appeals are impossible.

If 4.2; 4.5; 5.2; 5.3; 5.5; of the current Agreement or the Rules for Sellers are violated, E2P is entitled to refuse payment to the Seller, partially or completely.

5.6 E2P does not guarantee that the Seller completes all the guarantees they've given, and is not responsible for the final result. However, E2P arbitration guarantees providing an investigation, discovering the situation and making a fair decision based on facts, the proofs provided by Parties and 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 5.5 of the current Agreement.

5.7 All Sale Contracts are strictly made between the relevant Seller and the relevant Buyer to the full and absolute exclusion of E2P. E2P makes no representation and/or warranty of any kind as to the Goods and/or Services and E2P shall not be made liable or responsible to you in any manner whatsoever for any costs, loss, damages, claims, fines, penalties, liabilities and/or expenses howsoever arising from the Sale Contract, including without limitation for any negligence, delay, failure, fault and/or breach on the part of the relevant Seller or Buyer. The Buyer acknowledges that there is a risk that the relevant game developer may modify the Buyer’s game account and its content from purchases made by the Buyer via the Platform and E2P shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever in such circumstances. For the avoidance of doubt, all Goods and/or Services are offered by the relevant third party Seller and E2P is merely the facilitator of such Goods and/or Services. As such, E2P has no control over the quality, safety, morality or legality of any aspect of the items listed, the truth or accuracy of the listings. E2P is not obliged to conduct pre-screening on users. E2P cannot guarantee that a Buyer or Seller will actually complete a transaction.

6. Commissions entailed by utilizing the platform Withdrawing money from E2P

6.1 For providing trading space, instruments, intermediary services, and money transaction security, E2P charges a commission up to 15% of the transferred amount. The size of the commission depends on the type of services provided, the Seller's average sales per day and on various social activities of which you are going to be notified in advance in the blog.

6.2 The Commission is paid by the Seller when the funds are transferred to their E2P account.

6.3 In some cases, if situations described in 5.4 of the Agreement occur, the Commission may be paid by the Buyer.

6.4 Withdrawing money from the Seller's personal E2P Coin Balance can be done with one of the suggested media. When a Seller requests to withdraw money from their E2P Coin Balance to their personal account, E2P calculates and shows the amount being withdrawn with the discount of the payment system's commission.

7. Dispute Resolving. E2P Arbitration

7.1 E2P arbitration is an intermediary party and a guarantor in resolving any disputes between Parties.

7.2 If the rules of the Agreement or those discussed during deal negotiation are violated, each Party is entitled to file a formal complaint via the online form and address it to E2P arbitration. Each Party can count on a competent investigation of the situation by an E2P employee. The Arbitration will consider claims made by both Parties and make a conclusion based on facts and proofs provided by Parties.
