On Monday, November 17, 2025, Entrepreneurial Equity Partners (e2p) hosted “A Taste of Innovation at PLMA with Rick Bayless,” an invitation-only event at Crust Brewing in Rosemont, IL. The evening brought together more than 75 food entrepreneurs, operators, and executives who share a passion for food and innovation to connect and celebrate the e2p Ecosystem.
Guests checked in and had the opportunity to take photos with Michelin-starred Chef Rick Bayless before an hour of networking. The highlight of the evening was an intimate live cooking demonstration explicitly curated for this gathering. What made the demonstration distinctive was Chef Bayless’s commitment to working with ingredients sourced directly from e2p portfolio companies, creatively turning our investments into memorable dishes while sharing stories from his personal journey in the culinary world.
